I'm confused, how did you make those? Was it before the shutdown? Also, do you plan on trying Heroes and Villains?

An assassin from a distant land, she searches for a serial killer called Siren Song. With her ability to manipulate water and a variety of assassination skills, she has long been on the Heroes’ watch list. Despite her sense of honor and willingness to guard the innocent, Shibari Stitch has politely declined all invitations to join the Heroes. Of course, recently the trail she has followed has lead her right into the Heroes’ stomping grounds, Tumblrpon. Seeing little choice, and wishing to use the vast resources at the Heroes’ disposal, Shibari Stitch has allowed herself to temporarily join their ranks, all for the goal of hunting down the elusive Siren Song.

Earth, Air and Magic, a musical group that doubles as a crime fighting unit of the Heroes. While on the outside, they look to be an eclectic group of super powered musicians who can barely stand each other, in reality they are… an eclectic group of super powered musicians who barely stand each other. Honestly, it’s a wonder how they function, save they actually end up doing it. There seems to be an undercurrent of love and respect, but most of it is hidden beneath a facade of random silliness and arguments. But then, what group of superheros or musicians don’t have that going on?

Superheroes, we salute you:

City is closing down by the end of the year… I know I haven;t been as active as I would have liked for this blog, but not only does this effectively end my Hero Creation via their Character Creator, but it also closes the book on a game I sunk much time and effort (and money) into. I will make more Heroes soon, but until then, I will keep working on my Prosopeio update whilst silently crying.

Fare thee well, City of Heroes. You shall be missed when you are gone.

Keeping ‘The Hand’ out of trouble is hard work, especially when all she really wants is to have her close friend Lyra return back to normal. When she isn;t out making sure Lyra doesn’t do anything too reckless in the name of ‘Hand-Obsessed Justice’, she spends much of her time with the Magic and Science Heroes in order to figure out a way of giving Lyra back her original hand. While there ARE methods, many of them are either extreme, require nigh-impossible to obtain materials, or would take far too long for the impatient Lyra.

Sliver Overlord

Sharing justice with all

Living alongside humans has not been a new thing for the Slivers, though protecting and working alongside them IS. The Hero known as Prosopeio worked hard to establish a peace between the Hive and the Heroes, securing a slowly growing army as their allies whilst helping the Slivers find their lost brethren as well as their Queen. Acting as a go-between is the Sliver Overlord, who is also the leader of the Hive. Oddly enough, the Slivers seem to have a distinct hatred for Changelings, though they seem to have made exceptions for those who work alongside the Heroes or live peacefully in Tumblrpon. Due to this, Captain Shining Armor seems to have taken a great interest in them.

LittlePip, the Lightbringer

Everyone's favorite Bullet Sponge

Unlike most Heroes, or even residents, of Tumblrpon, LittlePip remembers being a Pony. Perhaps it was due to the circumstances that sent her from her post-apocalyptic future to Tumblrpon, but either way she is willing to help the innocents, even if she must stand between danger and them and take the brunt of it. One one arm, something she calls a PipBuck has been fused to her entire arm. With a little manipulation from some of the Heroes’ best tech-heads, they added armor to that arm, giving the ex-Unicorn a little more punch and a shield should things get bad.

Of course, she tends to rely on her trusty guns instead of punching things in teh face.. and thankfully, her telekinesis is still in tact. All in all, a welcome, if a tad self destructive, addition to the Heroes of Tumblrpon.

Some view her as mad, others simply obsessed, but so long as she...

Lyra "The Hand" Heartstrings

Fisto ain't got nothing on her

Some view her as mad, others simply obsessed, but so long as she uses this odd obsession for Good, all is well within the Heroes. (There’s a lot of that going on it seems) Lyra’s obsession with hands can get… creepy… at times… especially when that seems to be the only thing she really notices about people. Still, the ex-musician gets the job done, mostly thanks to her friend Bon Bon keeping her on the straight and narrow. Underneath the five fingered obsession and the constant need to keep improving her robotic limb, Lyra really wants to just play her Lyre again, to feel the tension of the astrings beneathe her fingers again… but until the day she can figure out how to attach nerves to her Robot Hand, Lyra makes do with using her fist for Justice and the protection of hands everywhere!

Ditzy Doo, the Hero Tumblrpon deserves

I just don;t know what went wrong!

Ditzy Doo is one of the most destructive, if friendly, Heroes in Tumblrpon. Part of it is the combination of her indestructible body and ability to transform kinetic energy into energy bolts… the other part is her lack of depth perception. Because of this, even though she has the best of intentions, she tends to deal the most damage to Tumblrpon save in situations where she is being used as a weapon by other Heroes. Because of this, she tends to be kept in reserves unless its a big battle or anything involving invading an enemy stronghold or base… luckily, the local Construction Company loves her and her abilities, enough that the Heroes lend her out to them whenever they have a big demolition job they need done. ANd in a place like Tumblrpon? That can be quite often.

Macintosh 'Big Mac' Apple

With solid punches and an iron will characteristic of all the Apple Clan, Big Mac has become something of a Hometown Hero. Part of it is the fact that he was only a simple College Boxer who decided to put his talents to use for good, though the other half is the rather dedicated fan base he seems to have accrued since coming onto the scene. Whatever the case, Big Mac is always there on the streets alongside his sister Applejack, watching her back and, occasionally, reigning her in if she’s about to ‘make promises her legs can’t keep’.

In the universe of the Heroes, Tumblrpon is basically a pocket dimension that doubles as a Nexus. It is at the crossroads of many planar pathways between multiple universes, not unlike Sigil, City of Doors. Due to its close proximity to the Equestrian side of the Multiverse, many of the beings found there are humanoid doubles of Pony Counterparts, sharing many similarities in terms of personality quirks and even abilities, only for some reason altered in a Superheroic (or in some cases, Supervillainous) way. The pocket dimension is slowly expanding as well, as more and more Counterparts and Visiters appear.

The landscape of the dimension is a giant, ever expanding City, with many Sectors of it labeled after towns and cities from Equestria and beyond, which will explain why even though it is a Humanized dimension, there are many Pony-based naming schemes that people generally don’t think twice over unless pointed out.

There are still many mysteries about this dimension, such as why new Heroes and Villains seem to suddenly appear and everyone simply accepts their existence, or how some will even cease to exist without anyone remembering as such. The only ones who seem to recognize something is going on simply get ignored or written off as mad, as if some unseen force within this dimension holds sway over all its inhabitants.

It would explain why the major threat to the City is a small group of Villains with an army of faceless, Anonymous minions with a major goal of Rustling Jimmies.

Either way, it is amusing to watch until something big happens, no?

Half Pony, Half Changeling, All Heroine

Luna Moth’s presence was something that was contested heavily by Shining Armor, brother of the Central Six’s leader Twilight Sparkle and Guard Captain of the Princesses. As such, there are many within Tumblrpon, and a few within the Heroes’ ranks themselves, who haven;t truly accepted her as being a Hero. Luckily, many Heroes were more accepting of the Half-Changeling, and as such was allowed to prove her good intentions. Since then, she has been a boon, as well as a symbol, for all of Tumblrpon to see. After all, if a Half-Changeling could fight the good fight, perhaps a Full Changeling can.. or any number of beings for that matter.

Chillyflake and Lucky are an interesting odd-couple team-up within the Heroes of Tumblrpon. The reason for this is the contrast in their abilities. Chillyflake, despite her choice of battle-outfit, is actually quite difficult to see if not outright invisible. This is due to her ability to manipulate and freeze water molecules, which she uses to great effect as a powerful ice armor… or in the case of her day to day crime-fighting career, using them to bend light in such a way that she is literally hidden from view. How she moves so silently, no one knows and Chilly isn’t telling anyone. The only person to ever consistently find the elusive Blade-Bearing Heroine is Lucky, whose only actual superpower is the ability to find anything he seeks so long as he has a piece of whatever he is looking for. While such an ability isn’t particularly useful for battling crime, his skills are often called upon to find lost objects or people, or sometimes even finding hidden villains. Whether due to his insistence in keeping her company or something else, Lucky and Chillyflake are the best of friends, and with weapons in hand, make for a very effecting Search and Rescue Team.

Gadget Steelmare is usually two steps away from cracking on a good day, her constant struggles throughout her life on the front lines having mentally scarred her deeply. It is only though Lavender Breeze’s companionship that Gadget has kept any semblance of sanity. It is this reason why Lavender never strays too far from gadget, both on and off the field, and it is her hope that by working alongside the Heroes of Tumblrpon that Gadget will slowly return back to the mare she once was while still giving her a focus for her occasional violent tendencies.

Fuselight the Inventor

With spanner in hand and his electronic device scanner copying any and all technology it sees, Fuselight is one of the best choices the Heroes of Tumblrpon have for fixing and upgrading their gear. He is also a precious resource, in of the fact that if he were to ever get captured or his visor separated from him, a majority of the Heroes’ weapons and defenses could not only be duplicated, but easily countered as well. For this reason, Fuselight is very protective of his visor, and luckily for the Heroes, he is a Hero in his own right and would never break the trust of his allies and friends.

… for some reason I almost feel like Finster from the original Power Rangers series… molding Heroes out of Clay instead of Monsters and setting them loose on Tumblrpon to Serve and Protect in their own unique ways.

No Longer Accepting Requests

I have a bit of a backlog, and I apologize for not getting to them of late. My new job makes it rather difficult to keep a timely manner to these things it seems.

Instead, I’ll be starting up Commissions. This is being done for two reasons.

1.) While the new job helps pay bills, they leave little for anything else.Trying to save money for San Diego Comic-Con so I may purchase nice things.

2.) Slows down the rush of requests. While the heroes do not really take too long, it does take time, especially if I am trying to get details JUST right. That and I enjoy thinking up stories for each of them, and sometimes those don;t hit me very quickly as they have recently.

I do not ask for much, merely $5 barring special circumstances. The reason why is simple. I’m not drawing them. While I put effort into it, it’s not a work of my own two hands taken form. This may change in the future, but likely only if someone talks me into raising them, which I doubt.

Now, if the commissioner in question wants a power set or items that I do not own (which are only a few) I will up the price to 10, this is the only exception.

Also, if anyone wants to run these character designs in their own City of Heroes game, I will add Item List and Color Palettes for everything I use. Note: Some items I use may be Veteran Items, in which case I will also help alter the character to a more usable form.

Any requests I got previous to this will still be done for free ^^ Do not worry about that. Thank you for your time and, if you choose to assist me, thank you for your patronage ^^

Detective Forrest Crooner

Crooks sing the blues when he's around.

The Heroes of Tumblrpon are able to work as they do with the help, and most of all PERMISSION, of the Tumblrpon PD. Because of this, Non-Major events such as stopping bank robberies and such need to be cleared by the Police Chief before the Heroes jump in to save the day. This is where Detective Crooner comes in. He acts as a go-between for the PD and the Heroes, officially there to make sure the heroes don’t butt into mundane crimes unless the situation is dire. In reality, he works to allow the heroes as much leeway as possible while making sure they don;t abuse this trust.
